Tigh an Tearlach is a warm, spacious, modern cottage which sits in its own garden, and looks out onto a field where wild flowers grow in Summer and ponies graze in winter.
The front door opens into a vestibule with coat hooks and a boot rack. From there you access the hall from which all the rooms lead off.
The sitting room has a woodburning stove in addition to electric storage heaters. There are 2 settees: one three seater and one two seater, a tv with freeview box and dvd player. The windows look out onto the field to the front of the house. The dining room is connected and has a table with four chairs and a serving hatch comes from the kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, an electric fan oven and hob and a microwave oven. There is a breakfast table and four chairs. The room is heated by electric storage heater. The utility room has a sink, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a fridge especially for dog food and a freezer. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has a bath, sink and toilet and is heated by an electric fan heater.
One bedroom has two single beds, drawers, a fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room with toilet sink. There is an electric wall mounted radiator and the view is to the rear of the house.
The double bedroom has one kingsize bed, chest of drawers, a built in wardrobe and an electric wall mounted radiator. The view from this bedroom is to the field.
All bed linen, towels, dish towels, dishwashing tablets, toilet rolls and a basket of wood and kindling are complimentary. There are games, books and dvds for a rainy day. A high chair and travel cot are also available on request.
